Refund policy
Please note you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from thehijabroom.co.uk. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, unworn or unused, sealed with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Kindly be aware that should an item be found stained, damaged, or in a worn condition upon inspection, there is a possibility it may be returned to you.
Return / Exchange Postal Cost
- The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
- When processing your refund, the return postal cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- The customer to cover the shipping cost for the returning the item and as well for the new one to be sent out.
Damages and issues

- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
We aim to respond to all damage claims within 3-5 working days and will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for our response, which will include further instructions on how to return the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
